Basically this post is: HOW TO HAVE AMAZING FEET WITH A PASSION FRUIT Foot Soak!

Hi guys! This is H-Sama.

I love to let my feet soak in a warm-bath during the winter. But not only during the winter! This is something I do during the year around really. And who doesn't enjoy Foot Soaks /  Foot Baths?

I've got this Brazilian recipe that I've tried and I'd like to share it with you guys!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Passion Fruit juice
- Glycerin
- 1 tube of
hydrogen peroxide
- Bath salts or Epsom Salt

You simply have to mix all ingredients in the water you're about to soak your feet in and enjoy.

If you are curious about how does it work here is a bit more about the ingredients!

Passion Fruit

Rich in vitamin A the passion fruit also helps you getting rid of wrinkles and once it's seeds gets crushed they release their natural oils and nutrients.

One of the most important is the linoleic acid! This oil has great potential on the care of our skin since it is naturally present on our skin and we usually loose its protection on the use of soaps and body washes.
This oil also maintain the balance between the water and oils of our skin, smooths and moisturizes the dry ones.

"Linoleic acid is an essential fatty acid that must be consumed for proper health. A diet only deficient in linoleate (the salt form of the acid) causes mild skin scaling, hair loss,[6] and poor wound healing in rats.[7]" by Wikipedia

The passion fruit is also rich in vitamins A and C

I absolutely love a cool glass of homemade passion fruit drink whilst relaxing on the beach in the heat of the Caribbean sun...ah but I digress...here are the benefits. #fruit #passionfruit

In fact the passion fruit is also great to be part of your diet!

3. Healthy Cardiovascular System
4. Reduces Anxiety and Stress
5. Asthma Remedy
6. Rich in Vitamin C

glycerin - source
Glycerin

Base of many skin products and soaps the Glycerin is a natural or manmade sugar alcohol compound.

" Glycerin attracts moisture onto your skin which is why it is considered a humectant. It is a liquid that resembles Karo syrup as it is sweet-tasting, thick and colorless." source

It also helps Moisturizing, Smoothing, Healing and  Protecting the skin - all that, of course, improves the appearance of skin.

Here they have 19 benefits of Glycerin.

Hydrogen Peroxide

The Hydrogen Peroxide treat wounds (even micro), kill bacteria and brights up the skin (also helps cleaning acne!).

"Hydrogen peroxide is the only germicidal agent composed only of water and oxygen. Like ozone, it kills disease organisms by oxidation! Hydrogen peroxide is considered the worlds safest all natural effective sanitizer."  source

Epsom salt - source
Epsom Salt

On the skin the Epsom Salt helps relieving from stress, pain and muscle cramps, helps prevent hardening of arteries and blood clots - improving body circulation and eliminates toxins from the body.

"Studies have shown that magnesium and sulfate are both readily absorbed through the skin, making Epsom salt baths an easy and ideal way to enjoy the amazing health benefits (*1). Magnesium plays a number of roles in the body including regulating the activity of over 325 enzymes, reducing inflammation, helping muscle and nerve function and helping to prevent artery hardening. Sulfates help improve the absorption of nutrients, flush toxins and help ease migraine headaches.source
