Homemade Primer / MAKEUP FIXER

Remember that this week I was testing more products? So one of the tests worked super well. I've got a very good PRIMER recipe that you can make at home. So I decided to share with you guys!

I do not know if you know about primers but basically the primer is a base for makeup. It has the function to serve as the first layer of you rmake up and aids in fixing pigments to the skin.

Primer caseiro ou FIXADOR DE MAQUIAGEM

Consegui uma receita de PRIMER muito boa que você pode fazer em casa. Então resolvi compartilhar com vocês também!

Não sei se você sabe mas, basicamente, o primer é uma base para a maquiagem. Ele tem a função de servir de primeira camada e ajuda na fixação de pigmentos na pele.

PRIMER / homemade MAKE UP FIXER

2 parts Water

1 part liquid glycerin 

-if it's only for a use in a small area of your skin, you can use 1 tablespoon of glycerin for 2 tablespoons of water. Mix everything in a sterilized glass and apply to the desired area.

PRIMER/ FIXADOR DE MAQUIAGEM caseiro

2 partes Água

1 parte Glicerina Líquida

-Se for só pra um uso em uma área pequena você pode usar 1 colher de sopa de glicerina para 2 colher de sopa de Água. Misture tudo num vidro esterelizado e aplique na área desejada.

ANTI-ALLERGIC: I am allergic to just about everything, but not glycerin. As far as I know is not common to people to be allergic to glycerin as it is a natural product. But even though it is nonallergenic, I suggest an allergy test before using.

WARNING: This is a homemade and organic product and should NOT be stored for a long time because it has no preservatives in the product. (What is a very good thing for the skin!)

ANTI-ALÉRGICO: Eu sou alérgica a praticamente tudo, mas não sou a glicerina. Até onde eu sei não é comum pessoas serem alérgicas a glicerina já que é um produto natural. Mas, embora anti-alérgico, eu sugiro um teste de alergia antes de usar.

ATENÇÃO: Isso é um produto caseiro e orgânico e NÃO deve ser guardado por muito tempo pois não tem nenhum produto conservante. (O que é uma coisa muito boa pra pele!)

USE: You can use it on your skin and also around the eyes, because it is a natural product. You can either use the pump or spray head on the bottles to spread the product on the skin . Allow it to dry while still a bit wet, spread the eye shadow or powder pigment dabbing. (This is how I do) Another way is to dip the brush in the mixture and use the mixture to intensify theeye shadows.

USO: Você pode usar em toda pele e também ao redor dos olhos, por ser um produto natural. Você pode tanto usar a bomba ou spray e espalhar o produto na pele e esperar secar, enquanto húmido, espalhe a sombra ou pigmento em pó com batidinhas. (Assim é como eu faço) Outro jeito é molhando o pincel na mistura e usando para intensificar as sombras.

TEST: I used the cheapest eye shadow I had. One of these 1.99 ones just to be able to prove the effectiveness of the primer. After all, if it works with a bad eye shadow, I can imagine what it can do with a good one.

I used the green (which is usually awfully sheer) and a blue eye shadow that was slightly better.

In the pictured the comparison: In the left, the eye shadow without primer, in the center the eye shadow with the homemade H-SAMA's primer and on the right the eye shadow with the primer potion from Urban Decay, which in my opinion is the best primer nowadays.

The Urban Decay Primer is definitely better, BUT, costs 20usd  the -small- bottle, while the primer home costs 2 dolars and the result was surprisingly good! Look at the picture!

TESTE: Usei a sombra mais vagabunda que eu tinha. Dessas de 1,99 mesmo pra poder provar a eficácia do tal primer. Afinal, se ele funciona com uma sombra ruim, imagine o que ele pode fazer com uma boa.

Usei a verde (que em geral é bem clarinha) e uma sombra azul um pouco melhor.

Na foto tem a comparação: No canto esquerdo a sombra sem nada, no centro a sombra com o primer caseiro H-SAMA e no canto direito a sombra com o primer da Urban Decay, que na minha opinião é o melhor primer hoje.

O Primer da Urban Decay é infinitamente melhor, MAS, custa 70 Dilmas o vidrinho - minúsculo-, enquanto o primer caseiro custa 70 centavos e o resultado foi surpreendentemente! Olhe a foto!

DURATION: Compared with the primer from Urban Decay the homemade primer  photographs  pretty well as the original but, I think the Urban Decay lasts longer. I tested on my skin evenly and even after a couple of hours and after I washed some dishes to see how it would behave with water and sweat, it, of course, came out, but the Urban Decay came out  a bit too ... picture below

DURAÇÃO: Comparado com o primer da Urban Decay o Primer Caseiro fotografa tão bem quanto mas, acho que o da Urban Decay dura mais. testei na minha pele mesmo e até lavei louça pra ver como se comportava com água e suor, e, lógico, saiu, mas o da Urban Decay saiu também... foto abaixo

WHAT H-SAMA THINKS: In person and on pictures people saw little difference, but the Primer Potion by Urban Decay has better texture. Honestly I'd still use my Urban Decay Primer potion on my eyelids, after all, I've already bought it, but for extensive makeup, that is, for a makeup that covers much of the body I recommend this diy primer because who has money to buy UD to apply on the entire body?

I found this recipe while I was researching materials to be used as the base for my new cosmetics and I've  seen it on various websites. I decided to test it just for fun. This primer fails against the Urban Decay primer potion, but wins against some others ... for example the Charming (Brazilllian primer) as you can see here.

O QUE A H-SAMA ACHOU: Ao vivo e nas fotos as pessoas viram pouca diferença. Mas o Primer Potion da Urban Decay tem melhor textura. Honestamente eu ainda usaria o meu Urban Decay nas pálpebras, afinal, eu já o comprei, mas para uma maquiagem extensiva, ou seja, para uma maquiagem que cubra grande parte do corpo eu recomendo este fixador de maquiagem caseiro porque ninguém tem grana de comprar UD pra passar no corpo todo.

Achei a receita enquanto eu pesquisava materiais para ser usados como base para meus novos cosméticos e vi isso em vários sites. Resolvi testar. Este primer não ganha do da Urban Decay, mas ganha de alguns outros... por exemplo o da Charming como você pode ver aqui.
