Fabrics: I used Cotton fabric, tulle anfd netting for this gown. 
I preferred the dress to be on the slick side, but if you want the skirt well open you just make a petticoat. Here's an easy-to-do petticoat and a how to make a seamless petticoat tutorial.

I thought how to make the fabric flower in the video but the embroidery I'll be uploading a new video with details.
